Currently, virtual is still too new to actually work in the remodel space. However, we can create both 2D and 3D designs so that you can see how your ideas will look in the space before we ever swing a hammer.
While we do not offer in-house financing, we have a few options for lenders to help with the cost of your project. Most “financing” offered by construction companies aredone through 3 rd Party companies and carry a higher interest rate than conventional loans.
Other options include a Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC) and Cash-Out Refinance.
In all honesty, remodels are a disruption to your daily life. We do our best to minimize that impact, but there will be some inconveniences. We have practices for dust control including air scrubbers to help reduce the messes created and have a professional cleaning crew to clean up at the end of full projects.
We stay in constant communication with you on schedule and let you know if a later day or weekend is needed to keep your project on track. Other than that, we try to keep normal working hours to at least be out your way as much as possible.
