Absolutely! Making small kitchens feel more expansive is something we excel at. There's a good chance we can either take down a wall or create a bump-out to add more space. The most effective way to explore your options is to consult with one of our expert designers who can assess your space in person. We encourage you to reach out and schedule a consultation with us.
A kitchen remodel means a complete overhaul of your space. This process includes removing outdated tiles and flooring and replacing them with your preferred options. We'll also update your kitchen cabinets and construct a custom kitchen island tailored to your needs and aesthetic preferences. Essentially, we transform your kitchen into the space you've always dreamed of.
Currently, virtual is still too new to actually work in the remodel space. However, we can create both 2D and 3D designs so that you can see how your ideas will look in the space before we ever swing a hammer.
While we do not offer in-house financing, we have a few options for lenders to help with the cost of your project. Most “financing” offered by construction companies aredone through 3 rd Party companies and carry a higher interest rate than conventional loans.
Other options include a Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC) and Cash-Out Refinance.
In all honesty, remodels are a disruption to your daily life. We do our best to minimize that impact, but there will be some inconveniences. We have practices for dust control including air scrubbers to help reduce the messes created and have a professional cleaning crew to clean up at the end of full projects. Another thing to consider is that there will be a period of time without an oven, sink, and dishwasher. We will temporarily relocate the refrigerator and also have microwaves, toaster ovens, and air fryers available to loan you to help with mealtime. We stay in constant communication with you on schedule and let you know if a later day or weekend is needed to keep your project on track. Other than that, we try to keep normal working hours to at least be out your way as much as possible.
Absolutely! We have installed everything from the standard GE and Samsung to Viking and Wolf. When we are working on the design, the appliance selections are also considered for the most functional and awe-inspiring layout.
